In the 115th Congress I was one of only 23 members in Congress to receive a perfect score of 100% from Common Cause for my record on amplifying the voice of everyday Americans. In the 115th Congress I was proud to vote in favor the HJR31 the Democracy For All Amendment, HR1615 the Get Foreign Money Out Of U.S. Elections Act. This Congress I proudly voted in favor of the Voting Rights Advancement Act of 2019, and I honored to be cosponsoring HR7068 the VoteSafeAct of 2020, HR 2977 the DISCLOSE Act, HJR 2 Democracy for All Amendment, and HR 645, Automatic Voter Registration Act, among others.
